3D Mapping of Your Facility to create a Digital Twin
3DCapture Services uses 4K & LiDAR scanning technology to create a digital twin of a facility that is visually and dimensionally accurate. These models can be shared via a secure link. 3D models can be used for emergency planning and preparedness, virtual and simulated training, 2D map creation and so much more.
Once the Digital Twin of your facility has been created, it can be shared through a secure link. Managers and Responders receiving this link can open it with ANY device.
When opened, viewers will be able to access 3 Views of the Digital Twin and interact with it. This image on the left is a screenshot of a Tour View. By clicking in the model the viewer can smoothly glide through the entire facility while experiencing incredible visual accuracy.
The images above show the Floor Plan View and the Dollhouse View. Each view is interactive and can be manipulated on ANY device as well as with VR Goggles.
SAFETY TAGS VIEW
The image to the left shows one of the LAYERS that can be accessed by clicking on the Standard View dropdown in the upper left of the screen.
3DCapture Services creates several of these layers which can be viewed in all 3 Views. The image on the left shows a Safety layer. In these layers we are able to place Geotags to mark locations of various items. This image is displaying where all of the Fire Extinguishers are in this model. This was done in the Safety layer and typing in Fire Extinguishers in the Search window. By clicking on any geotag, additional information is displayed.

This particular model is of an old vocational building that has since been completly remodeled and reconfigured and would not be recognizable today.
3DCapture Services partners with Matterport for Government's groundbreaking technology. Matterport if considered the best in the industry regarding its visual and deminsional accuracy. This technology creates interactive, photorealistic, dimensionally-accurate 3D models, hosted in a SOC2 Federally-compliant cloud.
2D Fully Customizable Mapping of Your Facilities
3DCapture Services scans with cameras that utilize LiDAR, which provides for highly accurate mapping. 3DCapture Services scans with cameras that utilize LiDAR, which provides for highly accurate mapping. We use this data to create 2D floor plans that are dimensionally accurate and measurable. This generic example map below was created without any existing floor plan. We can fully customize 2D maps to meet your safety and compliance needs. With our in-house print shop, we are able to print 2D maps at any size and on a variety of materials, including sign board with a dry-erase laminate and on banner material which allows maps to be rolled up and kept in a tube for mobility.

Our 2D Facility Maps can easily integrate with a varity of platforms. Our maps are currently accessible in NCT 911 system. Texas DPS troopers can view our 2D maps as well as our 3D models on their vehicle laptops in the TxMap system. Fire Responders can view our 2D maps in the ESO system.
Responders viewing our detailed, yet not overly busy, 2D maps are able to access floor plans, exterior room numbers, interior room numbers and a varity of safety equipment and information that typically does not show up in many of these systems.
Matterport for Government Facilities is hosted in a Federally-compliant cloud and supports industry-standard security controls, including SOC 2 Type II and SAML 2.0 SSO. It is built to comply with agency certification requirements such as FedRAMP.

Security is top priority.
All of the 3D data we collect is processed and stored in an SOC2 compliant cloud. A secure link is used to send the ditigal twin to managers and responders. Potentually hundereds of responders could have this visual information in a matter of seconds. After an event or training, the shared link can be deleted and a new link provided as a way to "reel it all back in" and start over.
All of our 2D mapping is created in our in-house print shop, shown in the photo on the left. We can print your 2D maps any size and on a variety of materials. We need not send your sensitive 2D data out to a 3rd party for printing, which could allow that 3rd party to retain a copy.

Because most of our mapping services are for sensitive facilities, we do not advertise or share maps or models.
